Test results

The Topa Institute in the Netherlands recently investigated the impact of vibration, shock, temperature and relative humidity on works of art transported in the yellow Turtle and the green Turtle uNLtd. The revamped Turtle uNLtd delivered very good results in all categories. Download the test results .

Research and development

Since the Turtle was designed and developed in 1994, museums around the globe have put their trust in Turtle to safely transport their cultural heritage. Constant research and development of this successful concept has resulted in the introduction of the Turtle uNLtd. This new Turtle product combines all of the trusted qualities of the original Turtle. The green Turtle uNLtd is an upgrade from a good to an even better Turtle. Turtles are available in a range of sizes. The Turtle uNLtd can be recognized by its green color and comes in two sizes. 

 

Turtle uNLtd 160

The Turtle uNLtd 160 has a maximum height of 159 cm (62 in) for lower deck transportation. The total weight of the Turtle uNLtd 160 is 115 kg/254 lbs.

 
Turtle uNLtd 125

The Turtle uNLtd 125 was developed in response to the high demand for a smaller version. The smaller Turtle uNLtd 125 is available for the transport of one or more smaller artworks. The total weight of the Turtle uNLtd 125 is 85 kg/187,3 lbs. The Turtle uNLtd 125 measures 129x40x129 (exterior) and has the same specification as her bigger brother, the Turtle uNLtd 160.
